About the Program

Care that meets young people where they are.

In partnership with the City of Toronto, HTCO is leading the Community Crisis Response Program (CCRP), a specialized initiative supporting Black youth ages 12–24 who have been directly or indirectly impacted by community violence.

Rooted in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, the CCRP provides holistic wraparound support that addresses the immediate and long-term needs of young people navigating some of the most difficult circumstances of their lives.
