I bring extensive experience in youth justice, mental health, family violence, and culturally responsive case management with an overlying anti-Black racism practice. My focus has remained in strengthening Black youth and communities (specifically those that are under-resourced) through supportive relationships, trauma-informed practice, and community-rooted programming. I have a deep understanding of how race, identity, and systemic barriers shape outcomes.
